Shipping Policy

At Enamel, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@shopenamel.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Enamel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@shopenamel.com.
