Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Thread Looms. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from damage, odors, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@threadlooms.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@threadlooms.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@threadlooms.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
